I recently visited Majestic Spa in Irvine and had a very relaxing experience overall. The spa has a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some self-care. The staff were welcoming and professional, ensuring that I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. I opted for a massage, which was excellent--the therapist was skilled and attentive to my needs, providing just the right amount of pressure and focusing on areas that needed the most attention. I am doing a three star review because I have been here multiple times. That means I have been best of my money and time to go to this place in this place only for the past year. My major complaint is the receptionist in the front. The massage therapists here are very nice and very good. The receptionist in the front is very aggressive and does not know how to greet or give good customer service to clients. She is very aggressive with Massage Therapist tips. And in general not doing well in your business, does not reflect on the customers fault is coming in relaxing time. Tip is not an obligation. But I do tip regardless. Been here many times, as well as many other spa/massage place across the world, including 5 star resorts. They have very high quality massage and the service/environment is also great. It is so good that I seldom go to resort spa anymore as I would just rather come here after my vacation. Highly recommend!
