About Life Time
Life Time is a well-maintained gym known for its newer equipment and cleanliness. Members appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, along with various amenities that enhance the experience. The gym offers a range of activities, including fitness classes, basketball, swimming, and a spa, making it more than just a workout space; it's considered a second home for many. Trainers like Teo have received high praise for their expertise, particularly in helping members alleviate chronic pain through targeted exercises and stretches. Similarly, massage therapists, including Bella, provide outstanding services that many consider an essential part of their monthly routine. While the gym's facilities, including spacious locker rooms and a convenient parking structure, are generally well-received, some feedback points to the café's slow service and issues with order accuracy. Despite this, many members continue to enjoy their time at Life Time, often visiting multiple times a week, and appreciate recent additions like massage chairs and specialized classes. Overall, Life Time stands out as a comprehensive fitness and wellness destination where members can work out, relax, and rejuvenate.
I’ve really enjoy my experiences at Life Time, and a huge part of that is because of the staff. Hana, Veronica, and Naya have all been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional every time I’m there. They genuinely make you feel appreciated and create a great atmosphere. It’s the kind of customer service that makes a big difference and makes you actually look forward to coming back. Great facility, but the staff is what really stands out!
