Excellent selection of equipment. Squat and deadlift platforms usually available. Staff is friendly. Specific call out to the cleaning guy who is professional and polite while working under impossible conditions. The downsides are seriously deferred maintenance in locker room and the culture of the patrons is akin to a preschool. Toilet paper everywhere in bathroom stalls along with unflushed toilets Plates and dumbbells all over the floor, almost no one puts weights back, tripping hazards everywhere, weights left on equipment, on the floor or in the wrong places. This location allows boys at age of 10 using lady's shower. I remember when my boy was little, he wasn't allowed to lady's shower after he reached 5 or kindergarten. Boys nowadays know alot, it's really embarrassing for everybody.
