Kemnitz upgraded my AC & Heating unit in 2019 and has been providing annual service ever since. Jason just performed it, for a very reasonable fee (less than $200). Very knowledgeable and friendly. Left behind a detailed invoice explaining what exactly was checked. Does not try to upsale on repairs that are not considered necessary. I am soooo very glad to have established my relationship with Kemnitz! PS: their dispatcher Kalie (may be misspelled) is also wonderful to deal with on scheduling the service.

From the initial installation of our brand-new air conditioning and heating unit, the Kemnitz team has worked with us every step of the way to ensure a properly functioning unit. We can't say enough good things about the personalised service and attention to detail shown by the Kemnitz Service Team. I have been using Kemnitz services for a decade or more. They continue to provide incredible service. The repair technicians were on time and friendly and very clean. The estimator gave us a price that was accurate. The repair was done quickly, and I did not have to wait overly long for an appointment. I highly recommend this company!!!!
