Joy is AMAZING at what she does!! Today was my first appointment with her but I have been using her hair products for some time. She was professional and quick. I enjoyed my time and I love my hair. She also makes her own hair products that promote and ensure hair health! Everything she makes I have purchased. Her edge control is unbeatable. I have been searching for an edge control for me - my hair lays down for nothing but her edge control did the trick. I am a first time customer who had a beautiful experience with Joyonce. I got goddess knottless braids and they are everything I want and more! I was unsure of the curl pattern I wanted. Joyonce said “I got you,” and proceeded to work her magic. In the end, she gave me a look that fits my face perfectly. The most wonderful hair experience I have had by far! First of all, Joy’s punctuality and professionalism was so apparent throughout the entire appointment! She was beyond friendly and absolutely a pleasure to be around. Her area was very clean and tidy and the entire atmosphere was very cozy and inviting. I also really appreciated the privacy. It was like getting my hair done at my friends house!I also really appreciated her checking in with me every few minutes about the tension of the locs and made sure they weren’t tight or bothering me!As for the hairstyle!! Omggg!! I got soft faux locs for the first time but definitely not the last and definitely always getting them here. The hair is light and fluffy, the locs are not tight at all and the flexibility of the hair is amazing! The edges were laid with her amazing edge control and I left the salon looking like a billion bucks.I will definitely be going only to her from now because of her incredible energy and vibes and her wonderful work!
