I brought my leopard GEICO here and I am impressed the excellent service we received by the staff and the vet as well. I thought I would have to give up in the GEICO because he was not eating and he was having an eye infection. The Vet gave me instructions on how apply some injections so he will get better, and after a week of treatment Ringo was getting much better. Today, he is getting stronger and his eye infection went away. Thanks to all the people taking care of Ringo
The staff was very welcoming and treated my bunny with so much care. Before my visit, I had called ahead for advice, and they communicated clearly and kindly. When I arrived, the facility was very clean, and they immediately checked my bunny’s vitals to see if she needed urgent care. The entire visit took about 3–4 hours, but it was absolutely worth the wait. My bunny is feeling so much better now, and I’m grateful for the attentive and compassionate care she received.
The entire staff here is the absolute best. My baby Sebastian decided he wanted to have urine issues right before his first birthday. He is my pain in the butt cat, but he keeps us all on our toes. I brought him in and the loved him just as much as my family does. It was a hectic day and our stinking battery died. Sam who helped us the whole time was quick to run out to help us jump the car. They are all just amazing people. And tonight I’m cuddling with my pain in the butt little boy and we are all a happy family again. If I could remember everyone’s names I would put them on here because everyone was PERFECT. Thank you soooo much from the bottom of my heart.
