Late night, mild emergency. Wait times were good but could have been because of the late hours. Either way, the attentiveness was great and they were able to assess me in a reasonable time, assure me that I was going to be fine, and I that I would be seen soon so I could hang tight. After a bit, they even pulled in an extra set of hands to get me taken care of the right way. I've had less considerate care at other Urgent Care facilities when more staff was available. The fact there was enough staff to take care of me well was an equally good indicator of the quality of care. I'd wager it is safe to trust this facility with a range of issues.

I had a truly great experience at Hoag Urgent Care last night. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Dr. Tran was wonderfully compassionate, patient, and thorough, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The entire team created such a calm and welcoming environment, which made a stressful situation feel so much easier. I’m very grateful for the excellent care and professionalism I received. Thank you

Your process for creating an appointment even for urgent care is fire! I know that's voluntary, but it worked 100%. Plus, online checkin worked great! All the staff was nice, professional, and awesome. The doctor was that, too, and 100% effective, doing what she could for me speedily, efficiently, and thoroughly.

absolutely awful care. i am a physician myself and the physician who took care of my family member had no clue what she was talking about and was very dismissive of her symptoms. what she was saying didnt even make any sense medically. Stay away

Dr. Nady Eskarous was outstanding. He was incredibly attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. His kindness and great sense of humor made the experience much more comfortable. What truly impressed me was that he personally followed up later the same day to check on me and provide further instructions. Exceptional care—I highly recommend him.
