Hoag Health Center - Irvine - Woodbridge

I unfortunately had Dr. Paik as a PCP. I give credit to the staff who are very polite and on top of things. Dr. Paik however is a different story. He seemed to care about our health issue but when it came the time to do any kind of procedure or signing of important documents. He would try his best to fight you and argue with you. Only reason I went to him was because of insurance but thankfully I switched back to my PCP whom I had for many years and switched insurance. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. STAY AWAY. Very UNPLEASANT experience.

There phone system is atrocious! Whomever is in charge of this should be fired. Considering a company to state insurance comm, this is clearly designed to send people to their website and not answer calls. Abysmal

Beyond any doubt the worst experience I ever had with medical administration. I was without medication twice within 6 weeks due to horrible communication. It took them 6 days to respond to my concerns in their own portal, and that only happened after I contacted Hoag corporate. There are numerious options in Irvine. Pick someone else.
