Our air conditioning went out yesterday and after speaking with multiple companies, spoke with Rick and he had Filemon out here first thing this morning. Rick was very personable and went out of his way to get us the earliest appointment, even trying for yesterday despite me talking to him late in the day. As promised, Filemon called before he arrived, was able to quickly figure out the problem and made sure to show us and explain the defective part. Christopher was the rep who came out to service my air conditioner. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. He gave me three different options to fix my unit. I will definitely refer GQH&A to my friends and call them again if I have any other issues.
Top notch work, consistently affordable and always professional. Employees are up front and thorough about what needs to be done to operate your systems safely and efficiently. Just all around great guys.
They are 100% family owned and that means something these days. That means you can call and talk to a real person any time of day, Call me old fashioned but I think that's a nice feature.
