Autism Resource Mom is all about support. And my participation at the Heart2Heart roundtable discussions has proven that. ARM is also about guidance -- thanks to the expert speakers who appear at the Parenting and Sharing workshops I've attended. And most of all, ARM is about hope -- hope for an inclusive, nonjudgmental, accepting and compassionate life for those on the spectrum and their families.

Fabulous group of parents supporting their kids (adults and minors) through EIPs, school challenges, applying for Social Security, Section 8 housing, college applications, and many issues now and in the future. We learn so much from each other!

I wish I had started this group earlier while my child was in elementary school. ARM has truly been a gift to our whole family. Our son with ASD is in high school and has challenges making friends, he enjoys the social events & looks forward to the gatherings. He loves the Friday Night Hang Outs, the hikes, and the Improv City nights. As a parent I felt instantly welcomed at the first event we attended and saw the value in the "Parenting and Sharing" events and the educational presentations that ARM offers.
