I booked a deep sea detox signature facial on impulse since I am going through a tough breakout and experiencing a ton of congestion. I did have to wait a few minutes to get into the chair but that was totally fine- the staff were very kind and offered some drinks while I waited. I had never been before so I picked any Esthetician while booking, but after my experience with Caroline I will definitely stick with her! I went yesterday for a last minute facial and it was such a great experience! I originally booked a deep sea detox facial but was recommended to do a combo of that package and the hydration facial. My skin looks amazing!! My esthetician's name was Caroline and she was awesome!! She took her time and was super informative about each product she was using. She recommended me an exfoliant and made sure I knew how to properly use it! Will definitely be back when I can :)

I got a Deluxe Bar Facial last night with Haneen and I literally haven't stopped talking about it since! Hands down, it was the best facial I personally have ever gotten. She was so kind and informative, and it was so relaxing even at the bar with other people. I loved how she took time to explain what she was doing as well as explain their products and the benefits, without shoving the sale of them down my throat. So happy with my service that I ended up signing up for the membership Excited to see how my skin transforms with regular services!
