I have been a client of Aveda Belle Isle since they opened many years ago. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is always professional , accommodating and friendly. Sahera is an artist when it comes to hair. Not a day goes by without someone complimenting me on my hair. She is patient and works with me to make sure I love it. Booked an appointment for a deep conditioning, consultation and hair cut. The stylist didn’t bother to answer my questions even though I asked her about my hair and the products she just used. Hair cut was ok. Wasn’t paying any attention to how I wanted my hair parted. Another stylist at checkout asked me how my service was. I wasn’t planning to complain but she sensed something was off and asked i needed more assistance. She then looked at my hair and recommended a few products. I left satisfied even though I was disappointed at first.
