I suspect it’s what concierge medical service is like. A simple efficient interface for appointments and check in. Clean office. Quick attentive service. Competent, courteous and communicative people. Had a follow up question after appointment —and a live person AT THAT LOCATION answered ?

This Urgent Care makes you feel at home. I felt welcomed and comforted around the Manager and RN. They gave me ice water and for the first time i didnt feel the vials of blood being taken out. They talked to be while they did it and gave me the best experience i ever had! This Exer Urgent Care in Irvine is the best Urgent Care I have ever been too. Im gonna recommend all my friends and family here, cause they treat you like family!

I went to this urgent care thinking I had severe heartburn. The PA who saw me urged me to get an EKG as I complained of chest pain. I didn’t realize but I was experiencing the onset of a heart attack! I was rushed to the ER. The PA and staff at Exer may have saved my life! Thank you!!
