This Kaiser facility saved my husband's life and I am forever grateful. He had multiple blood clots in his lungs. Turns out he has a genetic condition that causes the clots. He was inpatient for 7 days and the nurses were awesome.Anyway, advocate for yourself and be polite. Rn's do all the leg work for the doctor's orders on top of allllllll of their other responsibilities. If your nurse is being a butt, I bet if you gave a smile and said something like "I appreciate you" or "how's your day going?"'. You just might change her/his attitude. ???

Very good physician well-educated, kind and polite nurses, the level of care is very good, the only negative point was the bad behavior of one of the security officers, but overall I was very satisfied with the service and thank you for the great Kaiser collection.

The best ER in Irvine, great security officer (big guy Tony) ex-police officer respectfully asked everyone for checking the purses and bags which made us very much safer than Hoag ER. Yes every ER can get crowded but this ER is not confusing like others. Nurses are very kind and knowledgeable. Great, polite and caring doctors. Those with negative reviews, feel so sorry for them if you asked for drug and didn’t receive it. Dr. And nurses even security personnel are working hard for us. Even Hoag will not give you pain killers.I recommend this place to everyone. Thank you all
