Kardena is an amazing trainer & human being! At first - I was really nervous to start with a trainer since I didn’t know what to expect. Besides all of her accolades, she’s super knowledgeable & truly knows the anatomy of the body, she monitors your form, and knows how to push you without being abrasive. She helped me with diet plans, form, amount & timing of cardio, and pushing you during the work out!
