Patty was seriously a god send for my wife and I. When we found a house not listed on the MLS she even showed up with us and advocated for us to the homeowner and real restate agent when we did our initial walk through. During escrow, she was able to find a way to lower our monthly mortgage payment. She gave great advice throughout the entire process.
