i purchased a car from galaxy auto end of november 2022 in winchester ky through CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES. the day they called to finalize the transaction the car was no longer working which was a 3 day span. i made 1 payment which i now regret in january. it is now june 26 monday CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES Just repoed the car june 24 saturday and the representative said to me today i should have looked at the reviews before(she is right)i bought the car! she should also have advise me to review consumer portfolio services. i have been scammed by this company(cps) and the car company (galaxy auto). they are working together!! do not i repeat do not use this finance...read full review

DONT SIGN YOUR AUTO LOAN TO THESE PEOPLE ! They will HARASS THE F*** out of you and people not assigned to your loan ! You can be making on time payments and as soon as you miss one that's when they start . Do you have any decency?

TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, MONEY HUNGRY, SELFISH, DISGUSTING company.. And crappy staff that fits too. They pretend to be understanding but don't care about you or what they do to your life and credit, just their money. I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they're making things harder on people already suffering. Knowing my car was totaled in an accident that I could've died in.. They still made my payment late. Knowing my insurance was going to cover it.. They still marked my payment late. After insurance paid $16,000.00.. Just days later they decided to report my non payment. And even after knowing that my GAP insurance was going to cover the difference.....read full review
