I brought my phone to have the battery replaced, and they ended up damaging something to where it was no longer functional and stuck in a boot loop.
When I brought this to their attention less than one hour after I pick the phone up, they called me a liar, accused me of damaging the phone, and refused to accept responsibility for their own negligence.
If you don't have a simple repair, then avoid this place at all costs. I sincerely regret ever having done business with them. The prices are not competitive or lower that other businesses either.
I've heard that there have been many customer complaints where they have been accused of being a liar as well. I have no reason to lie as I previously went to this business for simple repairs successfully. The way this is being handled by the owner is really reprehensible.

My iPhone 13 got water-damaged yesterday. Technician Ryan was really helpful, kind, and interested. He replaced my screen and battery in a day. Quick service, reasonable pricing, effective. I would come back to this place again if my phone gets damage again.

Absolutely the best service center for iPhone repair. Sam and Charlie are both so kind and helpful, they dried out my phone without charging me. I cannot think of anyone that still does anything for free. It's just excellent customer service that you don't see in this time and age. Thank you guys so very much!

i've been going here since probably 2017 or 2018. no, i don't break my phone that often lol. i did break the screen once back in the later 2010's and had such a great experience that i go back every time i need a new screen protector put on LOL. i honestly suck at putting them on myself. i remember after they fixed my screen that one time i actually broke it, they recommended i put a screen protector on it and did it for me, and i decided from that day forward that i will come to this place to buy a screen protector from them and have them put it on for me LOL. they're always quick and kind, and my phone looks brand new with no air bubbles when i go here. it's something i'm willing to drive from Corona and pay for every time. thanks for always helping me out with my silly little request! photo from 2023 of their cool table with phones with broken screens under the top glass for bonus points lol

Absolutely love these guys! I came back for an "after service" because the screen that was installed on my phone had some defects (i.e. screen could not generate full brightness and had some internal screen marks on the side/corners). The new screen replacement was installed quickly and professionally. It really is awesome that they offer a 45 day warranty on their services! If ANYONE needs an iPHONE screen repair...I highly recommend CIR!

They are indeed the cheapest repair solution for a cracked screen on an Android Google Pixel 8 phone. They also deliver same day service, often within hours depending on how much traffic they got.

Everything went really well. I came in with a bad charging port and all it needed was a cleaning. He was honest and got me in and out with in 10 minutes. Service was quick, honest and easy!! Would highly recommend!! Thank you!!
