Phill is the best! His commitment on focus and training really showed when he knew the exact exercises that I needed to strengthen my core muscles that I was having trouble with. phil is such an amazing physical therapist! i came to him with back pain and he gave me exercises that helped me recover quickly! i definitely feel a lot stronger than i did before and also feel confident in how to exercise from now on the avoid injuries. highly recommend phil!
