These guys are a scam! Do NOT buy anything from them. We purchased a refurbished copier from them 2 years ago. During the sales cycle we have multiple emails from them stating that if we are not happy with the unit they will replace it for free as long as we had an ongoing maintenance contract.We have been paying them $1,400/year on this one copier for maintenance and since DAY ONE we have had issues with the finisher on the unit.Now 2 years later, the finish is completely broken and won't work at all.
