My Air Conditioner went out in the middle of a heat wave called Benjamin on a Friday night. He was able to come out Saturday morning. Had my Air Conditioner running in no time very professional polite definitely would recommend him
We called Benjimin for a second opinion after another company quoted us big bucks for AC repairs, and we're so glad we did. He took his time to really diagnose the issue instead of rushing to a conclusion, and he was thorough and detail-oriented throughout the whole process. He found the actual problem, which turned out to be a fraction of what we were originally quoted — total cost came out to about one tenth of that. On top of being clearly knowledgeable, he was also very nice and easy to work with. Can't recommend him enough if you want an honest, careful assessment instead of an inflated quote. Will definitely be calling him first next time.
Excellent experience with Airotech. Ben was available after hours, arrived right on time on the weekend, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem instead of rushing through the service call. What stood out most was his honesty. He genuinely looked for ways to repair the unit rather than immediately pushing a costly replacement.
