This company came out through my home warranty and supposedly fixed the problem. I still had to pay $750 on top of the $125 service fee for other work. Just over 30 days later, the exact same problem happened again, involving the same parts.

I called the company the first time and they immediately hung up on me. I called back, and a woman answered simply, “Hello.” I honestly wasn’t even sure I had called the right business, so I had to ask if I had the correct number. After I explained that the same problem had come back, she told me I needed to call the home warranty company and then hung up on me.

That’s not customer service.

They are scammers - avoid at all costs.

They’ve been lying to me for weeks acting like they submitted my claim and ordered parts - come to find out a month later they never did any of that.

They just come out for the initial consult to get the service call fee - but are complete liars in acting like they will even try to repair anything. If your home warranty recommends them, immediately switch vendors and don’t even bother having them come out.

Also suspicious that they have no google reviews. All of their terrible reviews are on Yelp.
