A mass of people (herd mentality) to Recruit with none or very little recruiting related experience. Much favoritism and the majority were unprofessional, both in demeanor and dress code. I knew the 1st day of my assignment, this is not for me! Exit, stage left!

I worked here for five years with absolutely no raises. Also adjustments in my car allowance and travel time that added to my expenses. Priorities and projects always changing with a little or no time to complete them properly. I finally quit three years ago.

I worked as an assembly tech inside Walmart stores assembling store demos and seasonal products. One of the few jobs I can say I loved. As a vendor I would consider Advantage my top choice to represent my products. I found my job through Google search and the interview process took about a month from first interview to first day of training. Great place to get rich.
