The current President, Jim Donnelly, along with his wife Lesley, purchased the company in 2004 and have turned it into a successful business. Despite having no prior experience in termite or pest control, the couple has developed a strong understanding of customer service principles and a keen work ethic. The company's technicians, including Scott Collard, Ralph, Lawrence Giangola, and Toby Spencer, are highly skilled and professional, providing excellent service. Customers appreciate Scott for his attentive care over the years, always staying ahead of their needs. Ralph is noted for his accommodating nature, demonstrating impressive customer service by returning to address a spider issue even after he had left. The communication from the team is detailed and responsive, making Accurate Termite and Pest Control highly recommended for all pest control needs.

From Accurate Termite and Pest Control

Accurate Termite and Pest Control started as a termite services only company in 1998. The original founder of accurate pest control decided to sell the company in 2004 when it was still very small and struggling to make a name for itself. At the same time, Jim Donnelly, current company President, decided to retire from his career as a successful engineer in Orange County, California and sought to purchase a home services business. He and his wife Lesley decided to purchase Accurate Termite and Pest Control. Though neither had previous experience or knowledge in termite or pest control, both developed a keen understanding of solid work ethic and customer service principles by growing up working in their respective family’s businesses.
