Ralph is very accommodating! We usually don’t have him come in the house because of the dog so we just had him spray outside. However, this time I had seen lots of spiders so I needed him to come in, even though he had already left and headed somewhere else because of misunderstanding came back and did the job. That, my friends is Customer service! Thank you Ralph
