Great experience. Originally, I had a different company come out, they charged 2x as much and didn't solve the problem.
I found A-1 Duct Cleaning, they scheduled me in next day, and they cleaned out the vents properly. The issue was the previous owner installed siding over my dryer vent, so no matter how well you cleaned, the dryer wasn't venting and working properly.
BUT, Luis from A-1 duct cleaning figured out where my duct was supposed to be by blowing air through the ducting. He showed me where it most likely was, and I cut open the siding and found the vent that was previously incognito.

This is the second time i've had them do my chimney and dryer vent. They did the same as they did five years before, extremely, excellent, clean, and efficient service. I highly recommend A-1 Duct Cleaning & Chimney Sweep.
