No rating, if there was a NEGATIVE ONE STAR that is what I would use. Why? Diane stole our money. Let me explain the past two weeks: *Monday, 5/24: Contacted Diane at Motherlode Maids about a deep cleaning job on Sunday, 6/6. She asked for a deposit of half ($120) and we sent her the money via Venmo. Arranged to meet at cabin at 9-9:30 am on Sunday, June 6. Note: this is a 6 hour drive for us to meet Diane for cleaning project. *Saturday, 6/5: I sent email and text to Diane to confirm cleaning the next morning. *Sunday, 6/6 AM: Day of cleaning. NO SHOW by Diane, no call, no email, no text, nothing. *Sunday, 6/6 PM: Diane, "I'm sorry I had a family emergency... read full review

2 1/2 hours late, I asked for carpet cleaning and a deep clean on my guest bathroom. The bathroom looked okay from a distance but once I came in I noticed tons of things that were not done. A deep clean should include everything top to bottom. I was also quoted $75-100 for three rooms and a hallway to be carpet cleaned. Only the hallway was done (by my request) but because she had to rent a carpet cleaner she still charged me $100 for a 10 foot hallway and another $50 for a mediocre cleaning on the bathroom. Horrible experience. I was nice just so they would leave.Update: after receiving this service I was told (for two weeks now) that I would receive a partial refund.... read full review
