I used to shop at this Vons on a regular but have stopped recently due to the horrendous customer service I have received by a cashier by the name of "Tay". She has "THE WORST ATTITUDE" . First off she's LOUD! Nobody wants to hear her inappropriate loud conversations she has with other colleagues after I get off work. It's so unprofessional! Every time I would come into Vons it was like this and I am sure it still is! She doesn't greet customers, she yells, she screams, rolls her eyes, throws your bagged items at you, purposely makes you wait on her as she scrolls her phone and she curses out the same customers paying her salary! Yesterday, Dec 16, 2025, I was on my way to a chemotherapy appointment. I have to eat with my prescriptions. All I wanted was a bagel from Starbucks and I experienced the worst customer service. I walked in at approximately 9:00 am. There was a short, obese, caucasian female worker spending all of her time laughing and giggling while having a conversation with a customer in pajamas who has already been served. She looked at me, a bald chemotherapy patient with draining tubes, inside of a purple bag, hanging from her neck standing in line waiting to have my order taken and just kept talking. Dear Vons human resource manager, I'm 60 years old and I lived and shopped in supermarkets in the U.S for 33 years, I've never received more hostile and rude service at the check out stand as today by cashier TAYE on 12/08/25 at 18:53. I bought 10 boxes of Soleil soda, I put one on the belt, then informed the cashier Ms. TAYE I have 9 other in my cart. She rolled her eyes, then push the scanner (without the wire one) into my hand, still with the poker face. I said I have never been asked by a supermarket cashier who ask a customer to scan the merchandise themselves.
