Knowledge, upfront with pricing, friendly and helpful. Had exactly what I needed in stock and ready to go. Not to mention much better quality than what they had at Home Depot. A full service operation run professionally. What more could you ask for?
Great service. Took 7 new keyed doorknobs and deadbolts to get rekeyed. Some already had common key. They figured out most cost effective approach to matching keys. Love their integrity. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
I don't need lock work often,. but when I do... I go to Manchester Lock and Security. Frank is the man there, always a friendly smile and a professional experience. I went to Home Depot 'twice', and still my new keys didn't work. So I went to Manchester Lock, expected to pay more, and was delighted to see that they charge LESS THAN HOME DEPOT, for a new key.
