Kris is the best guy to do your pedicure and manicure. He does a wonderful job.Also you can ask him for a new or disinfected tools
And he will provide for you.😃👏👏👏

Don’t go to honey for your lashes she does a rush job and they come off and then she doesn’t want to fix them she wants you to pay for more I’m very disappointed but the nail techs are awesome though do cute nails finding new lash place though

So, I got the Signature pedicure from David, the pedicure lasted all of 10 maybe 15 minutes. It was supposed to include Callous remover, where the remover is rubbed on your feet and covered with plastic. The plastic was on each foot about 1 minute, how is the remover supposed to work if it isn't allowed to sit for a few minutes? And, David didn't apply any lotion or oil to my feet, so I left with ashy dry feet and I had to apply my own lotion. The pedicure was rushed and I don't feel like I received the proper pedicure treatment that I paid for. I felt like I was on an assembly like , rushed in and rushed out. I like the salon and this is my second time here. I probably will return, however, I do not want David doing my pedicure anymore and I stopped by the front desk on my way out to inform the shop of this so it could be noted under my information. I was so disappointed I did not even tip David and I always tip. Not today. On second thought, I may not return, I may go back to Contenpo (my old salon) which is right across the street a few doors down from Planet Fitness. I just decided to give this salon a try, twice.

If i could give this zeros starts i would! I had a really awful experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed irritated and uninterested, barely greeting me and making me wait a long time even though it wasn’t busy. The manager with the white jacket on had an attitude and was talking back. The tools didn’t look very clean, and the whole setup felt unprofessional. During my appointment, the nail tech was rough, distracted, and kept stopping to talk instead of focusing on my nails. The final result was uneven, lumpy, and nothing like what I asked for. When I tried to politely mention the issues, they acted defensive instead of helping. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or quality work.

I became dizzy out of nowhere, and they really took care of me: from food to water to soda, plus a nice fan; just an overall great service. Thank youuuuu! Kenny and Eva got my hands and toes shining, beautifully!! 💐

Went to one y to get my lashes done. 0/10 she ripped my lashes out and my eye is infected do not go here she does not know what she is doing.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I stopped coming here after being a customer for years because they are so rude!!! Just to come back after a few years hoping they’ve turned a new leaf & the problem still persists. You guys make people not want to return!! Why should a nail tech give me attitude and bs because I asked to fix something on the nails I’M paying for???? This is truly disheartening.
