First time visiting this salon.You have to sign a contract before being serviced which is new. It was a decent atmosphere. Nail tech was chatty but not with me. She yelled at someone at one point lol. I got a basic Pedicure and it was the quickest Pedicure I've ever gotten on my life and not in a good way. It felt a bit rushed even though it was about a 1/4th full. I paid extra for callus remover and it was no different than when I don't pay elsewhere. It was like a 90 seconds in total from the time the solution was put on my feet until it was over. I'm used to my feet being placed in a plastic bag for a few minutes but not here. She kept messing up my nail polish and it still wasn't right when she finished. For the price I paid I just chose to not say much. I know bad idea??♀️ after she was done there was a 2 second lotion application with a massage that was laughable. Then she proceeded to be a busy body while my feet were drying to get me out the chair. Needless to say I won't be back ?

Straight TRASH. I useta come here every week back in the days . When I moved 2hrs away I came once a month. Because they would get all the dead skin off now they barely touch your feet with the cuticle cutter. That's what they do out where I live. I'm done. Never coming back ever. I hate the way they treat black ppl

AWFUL! The WORST nail salon experience ive EVER had. They wanted to charge me $70 for a French tip.. I just wanted a REGULAR FULL SET OF ACRYLICS, SHORT W FRENCH TIP. They told me $20 for a full set of acrylics & it goes up from there.. that's fine, but how did I get up to $70???? When I tried to explain that the MENU SAYS "20$/25$ regular set", "+$10 REGULAR French tip", she LIED in my FACE saying they do not do REGULAR ANYTHING & EVERYTHING IS GEL there. I was looking right at the menu where it stated what was GEL & what was REGULAR. I paid $50 for this crooked set, which was yet another lie since she stated "20$ for acrylic, $20 for tips" that's only $40.. I will NEVER be attending here again & I wish them THE WORST. I hope they go out of business for such poor quality & overcharging/ charging guests ON THEIR OWN, very unprofessional

Alright let me start by telling you that I am a big fan of mobile pay and Zelle. Unfortunately, this place only takes cash and physical debit or credit cards :( WAKE UP! It’s the New Era people!!!! Anyway now that I got that off my chest, came in for pedi and facial, was taken in right away for pedi but waited 1 hour and 45 M I N U T E S for facial! OUTRAGEOUS!!! No one said anything until I was done with my pedi :/ YOU ARE WARNED (came in Sunday morning 10am, I was in EARLY, so no excuse people)

These five stars are for Mr Kenny at station #10. He is by far the most professional, kind, and skillful nail technician in the salon. Kenny takes his time and handles your hands with care. When removing my acrylic nails, he makes sure to treat my natural nails and cuticles, leaving my hands in excellent condition! Thank you Kenny for your outstanding service! ??

This is my go to nail salon!! the service here is nice and they even offer complimentary drinks. Over all i gave it a 9.5/10 because everytime i come here there are workers smoking cigarettes which smell really bad and as someone who is sensitive to smells i don't like it. However this business is great.

If you want a detailed pedicure this is not the place. This lady didn't put any effort into to scrubbing my heels, trimming my nail's evenly or removing cuticles and hangnails. I will never go back

Tina is my go to nail tech ! She is so sweet and always does a great job with my manicure ! I always request her when I come in and never fails to reach my expectations! I'm currently pregnant and she makes sure I am comfortable every time I come in !
