They wouldn’t call me back for a week after my wife passes away. They told me they had too many clients which made it hard yo respond. That’s crazy to tell someone. You shouldn’t bite off more than you can chew. They refused to respond to emails or phone calls consistently. I had to beg to pay. Don't take your loved ones to them. They only add to the stress.
When someone dies it is the most stressful times..my wife lost her uncle and father three weeks apart and both funerals were here.i was fortunate to work with Jackie and she stuck with me from beginning to end..even while on her vacation ..she kept pointing me in the right direction or flat out handling it herself..her professionalism,caring nature and experience showed through the whole process.thank you Jackie for taking a painful experience of losing my father in law and making sure everything was handled appropriately..this review is the least I could do..
