From the customer service, variety of hair styles, types, lengths, colors and cleanliness I give 5 stars. This was my first visit and I was very satisfied. Super helpful lady (I can't remember her name, I am so sorry) . I would recommend this place to anyone asking and have already done so to my friends :-) I purchased a water wave closure and a bundle of the water wave hair. The hair feels so nice. So happy! Thank you
Saddened to see such bad reviews of this place I still have my Indian curly weave hair from them for about 3 years now? It’s in great shape! When I want to get it put in I soak it in conditioner for a few rinse and air dry and it’s just like new. I have been purchasing hair from the for about 12 years and my hair always lasts for years so I don’t need to go too often. I have yet to be spoken to in a rude manner, receive horrible customer service or purchase a bad product. My sister recommended this place to me while she attended marinello beauty school. I would have her or my other stylist install and the hair ALWAYS matches my texture perfectly. I recommend this... read full review
Unfortunately they did not have the ability for me to pay electronically with my bank card. I was trying to support Black Owned Business. If I return I hope they can accommodate me with card payment service. I don't carry cash like that. And I usually go to other ethnic groups beauty supplies in the neighborhood.
