This is not a safe place for LGBTQ+ neurodivergent individuals.
I don't know what happened with the board staff of Didi Hirsch once mid-2025 rolled around, but after joining their LGBTQ+ support group earlier this year from the recommendation of my temporary therapist, it was suddenly disbanded a few months later with the lead therapist getting removed while I was also removed from the center entirely a few weeks after without any proper communication.
On top of that there was an outright major mismanagement of care all around. Notes lost, diagnosis' forgotten including the process taken for the diagnosis', former diagnosis' that had documentation had also been ignored for an important assessment, etc... Avoid at all costs.

I had a intake appointment I did everything I had to I called for an update and they closed my case without telling me update or what the next steps for therapy it’s because of situations like this people who actually want to get help end up losing it so disappointing

Awful therapists! Almost better to have a high school student talk to you. Unprofessional!

If your looking for a clean house decent food this is the place. Other then that RUN FAST!! Besides night staff and matt the counselors and over paid administration staff literally get paid to sit on their phone act beyond bothered to assist you with anything that causes them to get up from their chairs. It's mind blowing why people choose a profession in this field that could care less about anything other then what's on their fb and snap chat!! The "therapist" is not to be bothered other then when she has to ask you a 20 question survey from online and offers ZERO real therapy! Your better off talking to a pet animal for more support and help! They say they offer all these services and it's a flat lie! They hand you a folder of shelters for when you leave that you call. Oh and they let you color or draw for one hour while you sign a paper so they get paid hundreds of dollars from the government and call it therapy! Each staff makes up their own rules per shift that's not house rules. This place is just another money grab from the government like so many others. It's sad.#choose a tent!!

You think you can trust someone with a degree. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the compassion and service I thought I was being given but other than that, your back will get stabbed. My therapist was Angela Sellers and she was so great until I figured she was keeping my GAIN worker updated with probably everything I shared with her including my plan on moving out of state which would effect my benefits. I've cried to this lady and shared everything about me from 10 years ago until the end of our services.. I gave her an estimated date on when I thought I would be moved, settled out and yet I get a call from my GAIN worker the very next day saying I have already moved when clearly that wasn't what had happened, who knows what else she shared with my GAIN worker and God knows who else. Do not trust Angela Sellers, please find services who actually respect your confidentiality that they claim to do so... very unprofessional, almost made me want to change my career in the psychology field also to become a psychiatrist but turned it around to realize I should set a better example to not become this way

I had a terrible experience with subpar possibly unlicensed doctors. I struggled even harder after paying for their services, I would say I was relieved but not surprised this company was what supplied amber heard with “Better mental health”

As a housing provider, they really dropped the ball for a client by delaying submission of paperwork to HACLA, took three weeks after inspection to sort it out, almost gave up and went with another applicant. Will not name the contacts who I worked with but very disappointed, would not return calls and would not cooperate with PATH to better assist the client.
