Armando Garcia is a complete fraud. He rushes you to take deposits for work and never completes the job. When asked to return the deposit since he failed to perform, he gave multiple excuses saying the check is in the mail and he has to deposit money in order to Zelle. Also stating that he has been scammed when he is in fact the scammer. He is a crook and has an EXPIRED CONTRACTORS LICENSE
DO NOT CONTRACT WITH ARMANDO OR CITYROOFING.

I would not use again. I had replaced my roof a while back and they never came back to correct a problem. Further, the same thing happened with a friendof mine as well. Could not get them to return my phone calls.

Armando was very professional as a small business owner as well , I talked to him Monday , by Tuesday here at 8am meeting with me to show me exactly what needed to be done . I had to pay 3 company's just to get a quote . Armando didnt charge me as much as the other company's , showed me wxactly what needed to be done . by today Friday . my roof is done , and now I have a great company to always come to . Ive read reviews ,mentioned them and got a true understand of Armando as a person . I would recommend this company for the rest of my life . Thank you city roofing for being able to fix my roof before the rain !
