Like most of the negative reviews it seems like I was also a victim of this reoccurring problem. My appointment for today was for 1:15 - 2:10 with Garrcee. i came at 1:30 to see he was still cutting someone's hair and thought that was great I didn't make him wait and he must almost be done. He assured me that my hunch was right he said that all he had to do was put his client in the drier. I walked out at 2:05 he was in no way almost done with the guy he was with. You could have just been honest and said that you didn't want to take me instead of making me waste my time! I googled some other barber shops near the area called and got a walk in with the cleanest mid taper (shout out to Urban South Bay barbershop). Bnear studios was on the way back home after i was done with my haircut and of course he was still working on the same guy that he told me that he just needed to do one thing with, i can't make this stuff up! Waited at almost the end of my appointment, left, got a very detailed and professional haircut for 15$ less down the street, came back and i would have still been waiting! That's crazy!
EDIT: I didn't communicate that I was late but he also didn't communicate that he picked up a whole another client and the only "communication" I got was "just need to put him in the dryer" 45 minutes later that was not the case 😂. He waited 5 minutes and moved on I waited 45 minutes and moved on. He prioritized another client I prioritized my time. We were both unprofessional, I'll admit that, but I'm not the one running a business.

I'm here visiting from Florida...needed a haircut and I wish that I would've taken before and after pics because Uno (1st chair to the left) got me right! He did his thing. I'll be back in Cali as a permanent resident later this year and I can say that I've already found my barber!

Whew, as much as I want to support this business. I am done. I set an appointment for my partner with the owner. He not only was late he put another person in his chair before my partner.This is not the first time this has happened. Then did not let him know there are weekend prices versus weekday. Would not recommend.
