The service here is great. All of the young ladies that work there are friendly courteous and helpful. It's my go to spot for flowers and other little trinkets I need to show someone love or gratitude. So glad they're still in the neighborhood.

This location's delivery and customer service is terrible. Today I received a gift. I was on the lookout for it "fortunately". The explicit instructions were to CALL ME. I was sitting at my front door and heard shuffling in the hallway. I opened the door and saw the flowers on the ground and a woman walking away. I asked WHY didn't she call me. She said there were no instructions. On the receipt it was written twice. Not only didn't she call, she never rang my bell. If I wasn't home they would've been stolen. Plus the flowers are wilted !! This place sent the WORST bouquet I've seen in some time to someone who just lost their father. I am so disappointed in the lack of care. Just wow $93 for this mess.
