Another visit to check the AC before the HOT times arrive. Gerardo was sent to my home and found everything to be working well. He even solidified the frame that holds my filter in the unit. All for a very fair price.

For HVAC Tune-up + All Other Heating/Air Conditioning: A Company You Can Trust that Responds - Fast Cold Iron Mechanical A/C HVAC tune-up 2x/year - reasonably priced My current (and former) home warranty companies offer heating-air conditioning maintenance service ("HVAC tube-up) in the spring and the fall - for a charge for each call of $75 (or $85 depending on which home warranty company) - total $150 to have both done. I called the home warranty company to schedule but: 1-The a/c company assigned to do the service has an "F" rating with Better Business Bureau. Great company with excellent service reps. We have been a customer for many years. Mike has serviced our two units every six months or so. He takes the time to explain just what he's doing and the current condition of our equipment.
