Our AC went out during a heatwave in Whitewater CA, and I was so relieved when Rays Air Conditioning & Heating was able to come out the same day. The technician, Ray, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.! He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it to me in a way I could understand. He had the necessary parts on hand and fixed the issue efficiently. I was very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing AC repair..!

I found Ray's plumbing just through YELP. I always make an effort to reading the negative reviews 1st, because that gives me an understanding of what type of issues came up with a vendor.
Then I read the positive reviews to confirm. As a business owner, I understand the frustration of dealing with bad customers, or customers that just don't know the process of a repair.
I called him at 7:30am and wow! He picked up, he said it would be about $85, and it was exactly that.
Good vendors are hard to find specially in desert hot springs.
