Did amazing work on my grandparents car while on a trip and got here in amazing time and made the car from 2000 run like it's brand new. Amazing cost for the time spent fixing. Russ (The Owner), Armando and all the other mechanics were so was friendly. Deserves the five star review. R & R Towing is the absolute best for all your towing needs.
I had a blowout on the I-10 in Indio and needed to call for roadside assistance to remove the blown tire and replace it with a spare. I called R&R and the truck arrived in 10 minutes.The tire was replaced and as well the spare tire was topped up with the air compressor on the tow truck. I was on my way in 15 minutes and couldn’t have been happier with the friendly and efficient operator Mario.Along with the great service the price was also very reasonable, I would highly recommend calling R&R.
There was a flash flood (enough rain where you couldn't even see the sidewalks), and my car suddenly stopped in the middle of a 5-lane street. My car would not turn on. Police called this tow company (R & R Towing). Towing guy arrived in 30 minutes; pretty good response time considering their main location. Since my car is mostly electronic, the brakes were locked. Tow truck driver was nice enough to let me sit in his truck as I had my car towed to my house. I was given the option to tow it to the yard for free with all insurance (as he stated) or pay him for towing it home. Luckily, my insurance covered a tow anywhere (reimbursement after I submit a claim). As tow truck was at my house, I saw the tow truck driver write the receipt. Tow truck is paid for initial tow and total time. Tow truck driver looked at his watch and said that total time was exactly one hour, so I wasn't getting billed the next hour; I thought he could've exactly written one minute over and charged me more, but he didn't. Total cost was $240. Well worth it given the weather conditions. Tow trucker driver was super nice too.
