We went through our home warranty company and this was one of the best experiences ever. The warranty process is exhausting and we went a week with a unit down due to the process. Vendors have very little control over warranty company decisions based on our previous warranty experiences. Pacific is a family owned business and Victor was hands on and honest in his assessments. We've lived in the desert for three years and dealt with the top three AC companies and Pacific Air was fair and up front about the warranty process and our coverage options. We will be using them going forward for our Air Conditioning needs.
A good air conditioning company is worth their weight in gold, & this is one of them. Great technicians & reasonably priced, the office staff & especially Victor are the best.
Just had Victor stop by the house to top up my AC unit with some Freon as it wasn't cooling to spec. My whole experience from the gal scheduling the appointment to Victor showing up on time and diagnosing the issue was an awesome experience. They were both pleasant, courteous and professional. They were dispatched by my home warranty company, First American. I highly recommend you request Pacific Air for your next AC service needs!
