Ordered a Christmas cactus for my mom. Was a day late, and not even close to a cactus. Called and they said they were out of stock that day so instead of notifying me they just sent something else. Told me they could get one out that day and when they did they demanded the wrong one back. Very rude. Also the cactus was not in bloom as advertised.

Horrible. My son sent me a birthday bouquet... he ordered through Ava's flowers... a middleman. What was delivered from Nana's was embarrassing... gangly and wilted hydrangia stuck in a visable piece of florist's block and some lame ferns. I didn't know who it was from... no card. After talking to my son, he also bought a card and a bow (neither were delivered) and a $18 box of chocolates that I could buy at CVS for $2. After a frustrating and upsetting 45 minutes of back and forth phone calls with Nana's and Ava's pointing the finger at one another, Nana said they would deliver something else. Fighting just to get a refund, which we finally did. Happy Birthday...read full review

Spent $90 for a tiny bouquet of 5 wilted sunflowers. Seriously? I could have done better buying from the guy working the corner selling flowers from his cooler. They should be ashamed of such a poor product for a birthday gift.
