On June 5th I contacted Leon's to trim my one Fan Palm tree. They did not show up as scheduled 4 times. Each time they failed to show up, I either emailed or spoke with Gaby, Accounts Administrator. I was repeatedly given a new date but they did not show up. At one point, I was told that the tree was trimmed. I had to send pictures to Leon's to prove them wrong. My one Fan Palm tree was finally trimmed on July 23. On July 25th, I received a bill for trimming the Fan Palm and a Queen Palm. I have no Queen Palm trees on my property. Leon's, get your act together for scheduling and billing.

This landscaper is absolutely terrible. Asked him to do minor trimming of 3 trees that were the only thing providing privacy between my house and my neighbor's house. Leon and his crew basically cut 90% of the branches and leaves and now the trees are dying. I have to install a giant shade sail to block the neighbor's view now. Will take the trees at least 2 yrs to recover. He left a huge mess in my yard and then stopped responding. Do not recommend.

I had apt last week. , they did not show up.. rescheduled apt to this week.. still didn't show up, no calls.. was informed that someone will call me back.. well no one returned my call..
