We left very happy with the service at JFK Hospital. The staff was very kind, especially nurse Sandra, who taught us a lot about newborn care. Kathleen is also very grateful. The whole team was a great support during that very special time.
Recently delivered a baby via c section at jfk. My care here was amazing! I went in 7cm dilated and was a mandatory c section. The team moved fast and kept me calm and baby was happy and healthy. The 5 stars is really for my two nurses Selene Ruiz and Tiana Torres. I had them both for my entire stay and they were amazing. They advocated for me and respected my wishes for my care and baby’s. Them as a team truly made what could have been a scary and uncomfortable situation much more enjoyable and enabled me to recover and bond with my baby. I was having heart palpitations and Afib, and they were amazing. everything was back to normal almost immediately! I truly appreciate the emergency room, the staff, and all they did!!!!!
