I had a procedure done today and all I can say is I was treated with efficiency and kindness from the first moment I walked in. I was acknowledged and told somebody would be with me shortly and then I was greeted by another member who checked me in and asked me to verify my band then complemented me on my sunglasses . The staff was super busy, and that didn’t get in the way of being treated like a human. The whole process was pretty quick from beginning to end, . I can’t say enough about the incredible care I received during my ER visit last night. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. Every single person I encountered, from check in to treatment, was kind, compassionate, and thoughtful. You could truly tell that the right people are in those roles, and that level of care made all the difference. I felt safe, heard, and taken care of every step of the way.

Five years ago I had to stay in this hospital for a long period of time, this week I visited a patient and had the opportunity to be walked into the 500 rooms. A doctor saw me confused and he personally walked with me to the location. Extremely grateful for his contributions.
