I just want to say I am beyond grateful for the team Ernesto has here, Erika is the most patient and just kind hearted person I’ve ever met. She really cares for her job and went above and beyond when it came to helping my aunt and I get everything ready for my grandfathers services, she was there every single step of the way and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. As for the Palm Springs team, Danny and Lacey were truly the best! They really went out of their way to make sure his services were perfect and it was so special, there aren’t enough thank you’s the world that I could give them but I will forever be grateful to this team!
I cannot express my gratitude enough for Ernesto and his wonderful staff (Erika Gonzalez) and also his staff from the Palm Springs office (Danny and Lacey). Erika made everything so much smoother for my niece and I when planning services for my Father. I can truly say Erika went above and beyond for us!!!! She probably did more than what was required but for that I thank her so much. I found myself confiding in her, she is very genuine and kind hearted. As for Danny and Lacey they made sure everything was done correctly for me. I truly appreciate them and all that they do. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Ernesto you have such a great team.
Losing a loved one is never easy, and we didn’t know what to expect from our appointment. From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted with kindness. 𝐄𝐫𝐢𝐤𝐚 assisted my family today with our loved one’s preparations. Walked us through everything, gave us all the information and options and never rushed us. Our appointment was at 3:30 and we didn’t leave until well after 6. She told us she would take as much time as was needed to help us decide and get through this. She was amazing! In every way!
