Diamond Home Care provided skilled, compassionate care for my 96 year old father the last two weeks of hisi life. The owner Juan personally ensured he had every possible need meet before it was required, including medications, equipment and services from hospice. The caregivers were so kind and patient with my 90 year old mother and made sure she had everything she needed as well. They helped throughout many difficult nights and were there every two hours to make sure my dad was comfortable. Anytime we called the phone was answered and someone came immediately. I am so thankful to Juan and his team. I would never use another caregiving service. Truly a blessing.
Juan and his staff are fantastic caregivers. Juan worked with our family for several years and provided excellent care for my sister. My sister required specialized care. Juan made sure all of her caregivers knew exactly how to care for her special needs. When she entered hospice, Juan and his staff immediately adapted to her new care schedule. Juan and his team cared for both my father and mother for several months during a very challenging time as my father’s health declined. Juan truly took the time to get to know my parents and went above and beyond to meet their needs with compassion and dedication.
When my mother had an unexpected health issue and was admitted to the hospital, Juan ensured that my father was never left alone and that his care continued seamlessly. Even after we had to move my parents out of the area to be closer to my brother and myself, Juan checked in to see how they were doing, showing his genuine care and concern.
