Ive been taking all my dry cleaning with DDC for 3 years and they are great! I turn in a lot of dry cleaning every month - close to 20 pieces - and nothing has been lost or damaged. Spots are out. Plenty of starch like I ask. And staff are very nice. Also, more affordable than anywhere else I know of. Very happy to be a customer.
I would've given his place five stars but the cost for the dry cleaning is like everybody else's. And the hours are pretty strict even though it says here on yelp, they are open from 8 to 6. They are not. They are actually open from 9 to 5.I will say the clothes came out excellent!
Made huge mistake on pressing two suit coats and accused me of creating problem. Refused to fix saying I made the problem. Horrible customer service. Pay the extra somewhere else and avoid the nightmare. Not worth the discount. Update: While first telling me I would have to pay for a redo, I picked up today with problem resolved. Bottom line is they took care of the problem and I am satisfied in the end.
