I went to the Indio store and met the sales associate Dave Lanterman and he quickly greeted me as I entered the store but didn't hover but gave me space to browse. Then when I was ready he was quick to assist with helping me select the product I wanted. We scheduled a associate to come out and measure. Then later that afternoon I got the quote because I requested a quick response due to a closing escrow. We had fantastic experience with Carpet Empire Plus and couldn't be more pleased to work with Dave on our purchase. He was knowledgeable, easy-going, and took great care of us. As we were looking to replace our wool carpet, we wanted something that looked nice/fit our home well, but would also hold up with pets and guests. The store had lots of great flooring options to choose from, and we came away very happy with our final choice. Would definitely recommend.

We purchased a small home in La Quinta, which came with antiquated tile and carpet from a much earlier time period; in short, it was dated. Not knowing who/where to turn to for assistance, our realtor provided us with Carpet Empire Plus.
I visited the show room, and I had a wonderfully informative experience as I looked at different types of luxury vinyl flooring. I met Mike Tomlinson, and he took the time to go over all the various types of flooring. He was a repository of information and allowed me to take home various samples to look at. Once I made my decision, the process moved quickly, methodically, and precisely organized.
