Wanted so much to use my favorite frames from SambaShades for new Rx sunglasses, but all local optometrists they couldn't be taken apart & there were no similar frames online. Cosco recommended Acuity & with no appt, Jose said "Sure, we'll do it." Jose's knowledge, attitude were awesome. The facility is gorgeous with 5x the frames of closer places! I'm so impressed and will definitely be back.
Jackie, Guadalupe and Jose were super nice. When I first walked in Jackie assisted me with frames and even grabbed some glasses from the back. Guadalupe was the one who gave me my exam she made it super fast and easy for me. Jose was great and assisted me with the different type of frames I was looking at the prices of the frames were so reasonable. Highly recommend coming here if you like fast and friendly service.
My insurance company recommends (and gives me $200 to spend) at Acuity. I expected blah service from a company working on volume. Instead I had Yolanda and Jackie helping me. They were great! We even figured out how to get me new glasses for around what the insurance company gives me!
