From the consultation and bid by Norris on mid-day Monday to the completed install of a new heating unit by 5 pm on Wednesday by technician Luciano B. and his assistant (unfortunately, I do not recall his name), the entire process was very professional and flawless. And, their prices are very reasonable. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.
