I noticed I had termites in my grandparents home and Gabe (technician) came out and performed a termite inspection THAT SAME DAY! Gave me an affordable quote for a treatment and even offered me a service agreement for termite job warranty. I have never experienced such great customer service. Valley Pest Services (760_355-6655) is LOCALLY owned and operated. They came on the same day we called them for our first service. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. Excellence at it's best always - from customer service to technician, who will always inform me of options and/or recommendations to provide great service. They are very conscientious in safety for children/grandchildren and our pets - plus have always been most accommodating for the couple of emergency requests we've had. We have been using their services for a year now and they remain consistent in providing great service!
